01How we keep it
In-line testing at every stage
Tape denier, fabric GSM, lamination peel strength, drop test, stack test, print fidelity — every batch is sampled and recorded against a customer-specific spec sheet.
Repeat orders are the real audit
UltraTech, ACC, Ambuja, Shree, Dalmia, India Cements, IFFCO — they reorder, year after year. Tata, L&T, Shapoorji and Government of India do the same on the plumbing side. The certificate gets you the door; the reorder is the proof.
Complaint-rate transparency
We track defect rate at the customer dock — not just at our gate. The number is in the single digits per million bags and we share it with our buyers.
