Our story
Founded 2004, Jamshedpur
The Khemani family founded Suraj Logistix Pvt. Ltd. in 2004, in Jamshedpur, the Steel City. Tuffplast plumbing came first; the packaging operations followed.
In our third decade, Suraj is one of India's largest manufacturers of woven polypropylene packaging and a trusted name in plumbing across the East. We grew the slow way: one customer, one supplier, one production line at a time. Six manufacturing units now span Jharkhand, Karnataka and Telangana. Our pipes carry the water into Indian homes; our bags carry the cement that builds them.
